If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case you wish to return or exchange your order, you will be able to do so within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Unfortunately we won't be able to provide free returns or exchanges. The returned or exchanged products must be unused, unharmed and with the original lable, accompanied by the return form indicating the returned product and the reason for return or exchange. The cost of return will be deducted from the returned product price. If you wish to exchange a product please return it normally and make a new order.
